Femi Wright

Femi Wright

Managing Partner

Femi is responsible for the overall quality and output of each engagement. He brings an experience of over 20 years centered around risk based auditing, financial control and reporting, financial due diligence, ERP implementation, loan and equity financing, tax planning and compliance. Femi is equipped with extensive analysis, reporting, projects and man-management skills. His experience spans several industries in two continents.

As General Manager Finance at Helios Towers Nigeria Limited (HTN), Femi was a lead player in the company’s syndicated $250m debt financing through IFC. He was also the lead player in a $200m debt and equity financing through three major Nigerian banks in 2007.
Prior to joining HTN, Femi was a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Whilst at PwC, in addition to managing statutory audits of medium to large sized group companies with turnovers between N5 billion and N20 billion, he also led an experienced team in a due diligence exercise of a French Group of companies.

Prior to coming to Nigeria in April 2006 to join PwC, Femi was Practice Senior at Wilson Wright & Co (WW) Chartered Accountants and registered auditors in London for over 4 years. At WW he was a key member of the Business Services Unit; an outsourcing function where he performed financial control, human resources, executive training and management accounting services for international clients with headquarters outside the UK.

Femi also worked at Greenback Alan and Howard Wade and Jacob, both medium-sized chartered accountancy firms in the City of London, where he trained and established his accounting skills.

Wale Ogunsola

Wale Ogunsola

Consulting Partner

Wale is responsible for consulting engagement in WYZE and for performance management of the firm. Wale brings over 16 years experience from across industries and covering various roles ranging from Financial reporting, Finance Planning and Analysis, Business Intelligence, Consulting, Business Development, General Business Management

Wale was Chief Financial officer of Rosaab International, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Petrolex Oil and Gas and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Jackpotbet Nigeria.

As Head Corporate Finance and Planning at Helios Towers Nigeria Limited (HTN), Wale was a lead player in the company’s syndicated $250m debt financing through IFC.

Prior to joining HTN, Wale was Head Business Intelligence at Starcomms Plc. Wale worked briefly as a Principal Investment Officer with Nova Capital (A New York based investment company).

Wale is an Accountant by training, a Graduate of Investment banking Institute , London and a Six-Sigma Green Belter. He is also an Associate of the Business Process Council, Canada.

Olu Familusi

Olu Familusi

Technology Partner

Olu is responsible for the SAP technology practice within WYZE group.

Olu started his career with Arthur Andersen (now KPMG) as a tax consultant and prior to joining SAP he had also worked at The Royal Opera House UK, Veolia Services UK and SONY Music.

Prior to joining WYZE, Olu worked for SAP AG for 11+ years out of the SAP London office. While at SAP, Olu was instrumental to delivering several transformational SAP projects and initiatives across the UK, Ireland, Germany, USA, Ghana and Nigeria within Program delivery, Finance, Business Operations and Sales functions.

He worked with customers such as Nationwide Building Society UK, British Petroleum (BP), HSBC Group, Centrica UK, Vodafone, Zenith Bank, Ecobank, GT Bank and Development Bank of Nigeria.
Having being relocated by SAP to Africa in 2014, he has led SAP project teams, as a Sponsor on projects within Nigeria and across Africa ( a 33 country SAP solution roll out)

In a prior role as Head of Controlling for SAP UK he was responsible for managing a Euro 1.2bn P&L with 2,000+ FTE across the UK & Ireland

Kunle Alade

Adekunle Alade

Associate Director, Practice Management

Adekunle holds a degree in Banking and Finance from Lagos State University Ojo. With over 15 years of combined experience in accounting, finance, and audit, he joined WYZE in 2012 as an Audit Senior and Head of Business & Outsourcing. Adekunle has effectively managed and delivered various audit, bookkeeping, taxation, and payroll management assignments..

He is currently serving as an Associate Director in the Practice Management Office at WYZE, he spearheads client relationship management and drives business development initiatives for the firm.

Olufemi Adekunle

Associate Director, (Solutions & Enhancements)

Prior to joining WYZE, Olufemi worked over 4years at Hartford Green Consulting Limited as Head, Business Consulting. In this role, he was saddled with the responsibility of overseeing the Business Consulting team and ensuring Quality of Service delivery (QOS).

Highly skilled and accomplished professional with over 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, and SAP Solution Implementation Consultant. Adept at software integration and development, specializing in business process automation. Possesses an understanding of predictive analytics and natural language processing to drive strategic decision-making. Committed to delivering exceptional results, leveraging a combination of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and strong problem-solving abilities. A dedicated and driven individual who excels in cross-functional collaboration and thrives in dynamic and challenging environments.

He is responsible for all SAP solutions portfolio and integration and enhancements.

Akinbiyi Morakinyo

Akinbiyi is a self-driven Information Systems specialist with specific skills in Project Delivery Management & Change Management. An experienced technology professional offering in-depth understanding of digital risks and implementation of different technology infrastructures with over 15 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, IT Consulting, Project Quality Assurance, IT Risk Assurance and Information Security, Application review, Stakeholder Management and Resource Management.

An experienced technology professional offering in-depth understanding of digital risks and security of different technology infrastructures and also a banking operations specialist with over 10 years of experience in Information Technology risk assurance and information security, IT systems audit, Project Quality assurance, business banking, Customer Relationship Management and compliance management.

Having spent the early years of his career in managing core operations, IT audit and infrastructure in a Tier 1 bank in Nigeria. Akinbiyi also worked in the IT Risk Assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he led (customer side) project quality assurance and project management of various implementations including SAP solutions.
Akinbiyi currently leads SAP program/projects delivery at WYZE and leads WYZE support teams to deliver Post Go-Live Support.
